Fast delivery, part number matches the original
While the part works perfectly, I had to use the original mounting bezel. The new one is larger. No big deal, but glad I still had the original part.

My microwave does not work at all
For model number GE PVM1970SR11SS
Hello Luis, thank you for contacting us. It sounds like it could be an issue with one of the door switches, if these become faulty the microwave will not work at all thinking that the door is still open. There are two of them in the door of your microwave and you can test them with a multi-meter. Good luck with the repair!
Microwave turned on for about 3 seconds, a message came on saying loss of power then microwave completely shut down with no power what so ever and has not power up since. I check inside the unit and i see no signs of burning or component damage. The unit is about 3 years old. Any suggestions? Thank you!
For model number PVM9195SF1SS
Hello Richard, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: secondary door switch, monitor door switch, the 4 thermostats, and the control board. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. Hope this helps!

Our microwave will not turn on at all. The display does not even turn on. We've replaced the ceramic fuses to no avail.
