My microwave does not work at all
For model number GE PVM1970SR11SS

Hello Luis, thank you for contacting us. It sounds like it could be an issue with one of the door switches, if these become faulty the microwave will not work at all thinking that the door is still open. There are two of them in the door of your microwave and you can test them with a multi-meter. Good luck with the repair!

Our microwave will not turn on at all. The display does not even turn on. We've replaced the ceramic fuses to no avail.

Hello Whitney, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: tco-magnetron (also known as the safety thermostat), monitor door switch, secondary door switch, high limit thermostat, cavity thermostat, thermostat, gas sensor, and main control board. You can test the parts with a multimeter. Hope this helps!

Microwave turned on for about 3 seconds, a message came on saying loss of power then microwave completely shut down with no power what so ever and has not power up since. I check inside the unit and i see no signs of burning or component damage. The unit is about 3 years old. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Fast delivery, part number matches the original
While the part works perfectly, I had to use the original mounting bezel. The new one is larger. No big deal, but glad I still had the original part.
