Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. If you have replaced the control board assembly and the washer cycle is still jumping around, there may be another part in the washer that is causing this issue. The other parts you should check are the lid switch and the drive motor and inverter board assembly. You may test the lid switch with a multimeter. For the lid switch, with your multi-meter on the Rx1 setting, touch the probes to the terminals, then press and hold the switch button down. You should receive a reading of zero. If you do not receive this reading, you will need a replacement lid switch. For the electronic control boards, look for any signs of wear, damage, burning, or shorted terminals, visually inspect your electronic control board.
