Ice maker had stopped crushing ice although it still made cubed ice.
Took out the old ice container assemblyr and put in the new one. No installation was required. Just replaced it in the ice maker housing.

There is a rod, not shown in the assembly drawing on the bottoms side of the ice tray that activated the crushed/cubed feature. At the back end of the tray there is a spring on the rod. There is an attached plastic piece that holds the spring to the tray, is there an option to buy just this plastic piece that screws to the tray?

Hi, there is a little tray in ice maker that cracked allowing water to create blocks of ice in ice maker. Can i by this tray separately and put it in ice maker. Looks like a little ice cube tray. Please let me know asap thanks

Ice makes these large chunks of ice instead of cubes,as a result the tray cracked
