Extraction/Installation Tool
The tool performed at demonstrated in videos on YouTube. While the tool worked fine, its simple design could be mostly duplicated using hardware bolt, nuts, rod and several size flat washer. In that respect, I think the tool is over priced compared to what the hardware items could be purchased for. Also, one tool missing was one to counter shaft rotation while trying to remove/tighten compression nut at bottom of shaft with impact … required two people for that purpose.

Washer Spin cycle was very loud like a Jet airplane
Part Select send me the tub washer bearing and shaft kit..$113 approx.
I followed a few diy videos. Very easy repair.. I do recommend moving the Washer out of Laundry room(not enough space) in mine. Once you have the washer laid on its side its very easy, not many tools needed and no specialty tools, except maybe a bearing press. I pressed them in myself by tapping on them gently. i do recommend that you also change the washer basket kit $40 approx. at the same time. Actually you need to do this repair and clean up the entire washer. The outside of the tub needs to be cleaned and the drain area around the water pump. We have always done the self clean setting on the washer. Summary, easy job take your time do not be intimidated you will save a lot of money.
