Overpriced & Fragile
I found the product $25 cheaper and shipping was free on a another site I called to see if they would give me a price match but said they did not do that. Just installed the peoce by a contractor and the price seems to be failing. Only time will tell. Never ordering from here again.

When it gets to the agitation part of the wash cycle. I hear it try to engage but it does not and then the washer tries to start the process all over again. Every other chuckle works perfectly. What do i need to do to fix this.
For model number GUD24GSSJ0WW
Hello Jennifer, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the agitator, support assembly, transmission pulley, belt, the drive motor and the timer. Hope this helps!
