Washer will fill with water, go into wash cycle, it sounds like its pumping water out but does not & doesn't go into spin cycle.

Thank you for your question. If the washer is not pumping, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the drain pump, the door lock, the shock absorbers, the single springs with insulators, the belt and the door strike. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My washer works, but the dial seems to get "hung up" at certain points of the cycle. I have to manually move the dial one more click to get it to continue with the washing. Is this an issue with part # 137394000?
