NOT AS EXPECTED
Compressor failed several hours after installation. I phoned PartSelect customer service and was treated very politely. A full refund, including freight charges, was immediately granted. I would definitely deal with this company again in the future. .....Charlie

Hello,
My refrigerator and freezer will both work fine and then both will warm up and everything in the freezer melts, it will cycle back and forth. Bad compressor?
Thanks,
For model number GNE25JSKGFSS
Hello Anthony, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the compressor start relay, part number PS11721884. Glad to be of help!
My current compressor has a high pitched continual tone while it is running and stops after the refrigerator gets back to temp. Does this compressor do the same thing or would replacing it fix my problem?
For model number GSS25GSHGCSS
Hello Stevie-Lynn, Thank you for the question. The compressor will make some noise when it kicks on but not a high pitched noise. More like a fan or motor running. Hope this helps!
