Does this part come the with the base? Can you send me a picture?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have any photos of this part. However according to your model information this part comes with the base and handle that would turn your water off and on. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

We have had the unit for about 10 years and it has developed a small leak where the water hose connects with the bass tube on the underside of the faucet. Is this fixable?
