My washer was checked out by a tech, he said it was the control panel, 500$ to repair it, a new washer is 600$, so i'm trying to repair it myself, it's only 3 -5 years old, how can i be sure it's the control panel? When i push power button, i hear a click but it won't light up or do anything else, so is there anything else it could be? And how can i be sure it is the control panel? Could this be caused by a blown fuse? I'm checking that next, any advise would be greatly appreciated thank you kennie (850) 225-7215

Hi Kennie,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not starting, The control panel and the electronic control board are just some of the parts you will need to check. There are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will also need to check the lid switch and the motor. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My machine will not fill up with water. The valves check good when i apply voltage to them. I replaced the pressure switch. All that is left is the inverter assembly. Can it cause this problem?

Hello Tim, thank you for writing. If your washer will not fill with water, you will want to consider either the Water Valve Assembly part PS3487313, the Door Switch Assembly part PS3487309, the Pressure Switch part PS3487306, or the Display Logic Board part PS3487311. The Inverter Board does not come up when looking into this issue. We hope this helps.

I asked a question recently about a my washing machine not filling. After further troubleshooting I found that the door switch and valves are okay. I retrieved an error code E6. Which is related to the clutch. Could this be the problem. How do I find out?
For model number PTWN8055M0MS
Hi Tim,
Thank you for your question. The clutch is typically located below the outer tub and attached to the basket drive assembly. This may be the issue and you should check it out. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the hoses, the electronic control board and the pressure switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Having a trouble with my wash machine. All of a sudden it’s just stopped working I noticed. When I checked on it I noticed the water level extremely high. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and no lights will display or anything. I took the back panel cover off and when I plug it I see a red light blinking 10 times or so. Then it stops. The inverter board kinda smells burnt up. Wondering if the inverted board is bad. Thank you.

Hello Sam, Thank you for the question. If the appliance is not turning on or taking a long time to complete or skipping cycles or not draining, this is normally a symptom of a defective inverter board and it will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!
