Everything went together perfectly! Our dishwasher looks and works like a new one! We were so happy with the baskets! I highly recommend this company!

One roller isn’t rolling correctly

Separators A little different than the original, but may be even better. Time will tell. Left capacity area a bit narrow compared to the original, but that may grow on me. As mentioned in other reviews, the wheels are narrow and sometimes fall off of the guide. Will probably replace them with the original which IMHO should not have to be required for the high purchase price. Overall otherwise seems to be a good rack if it holds up.

Part shipped quickly and fit as advertised. No more debris in machine after dry cycle. Rust accumulation from coating missing from wire rack is now solved.

The dishrack is the second replacement I have purchased, although the first one was not from PartSelect. The wire coating on the original and the first replacement deteriorated where the plates rest on the rack. The wire rack then rusts, and the rust stains the plates. The product from PartSelect fits much better than the last one, and I have high hopes the plastic coating will last.

Part was delivered and was a perfect fit. Slightly different from original but worked perfectly. All in all it was pricey but a good replacement.

I ordered the upper and lower racks for a GE dishwasher. I got them pretty quick, but discovered neither rack was an exact replacement part as the layout of each rack was different than the original. The upper rack is not as high as the original, and due to its design, I cannot load as many cups and glasses in the replacement rack as I could with the original. Your website said genuine GE parts. These are not exact replacement parts. I will be contacting your customer service for a full refund.
