Does the pump mechanism (part 310 in the diagram; partselect #ps3486941, GE part #wd26x10051, $171.75) include everything pictured in the diagram, including sprayer arms, extending tower, and other connecting parts above the tub, or just the pump items below the tub floor?
For model number GSD2100V35BB
Hi Allan, Thank you for the question. This is just the pump and motor assembly. The other parts in the diagram are sold separately. Hope this helps!

Dishwasher does not drain. I replaced the entire pump/motor assembly. I can see the solenoid energize, so i know it is getting power. There is no plug in the disposal and the drain hose is clear. Do you have any ideas? Thanks for your help, jim
For model number HDA2100N00CC
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your question. If all of the parts in the draining circuit are working fine, then it is likely your control would be the issue. When you have ruled out all of the other parts, usually you should then look at your timer. I would suggest testing it to be sure. Good luck with your repair.

My dishwasher is making a high pitch sound while in its cycle and is not cleaning dishes properly,

The washing machine has no water pressure. The water lines to the machine have proper pressure and there is power to the machine. Is there a pump that increases the water pressure or is that from the street? Thank You
For model number GSD3360K65SS
Hello Chris, Thank you for the question. This could be an indication the Water Valve is faulty and may need to be tested or replaced. Use your multitester to test the valve for continuity. Set the device to the ohms setting x 1. Touch each of the meter's probes to a terminal. If you receive a reading of infinity, it means the valve's solenoid is faulty and the valve needs to be replaced. If your valve has two solenoids (four terminals), test the second pair of terminals in the same manner. If either pair of terminals receives a result of infinity, replace the water inlet valve. We hope this helps!
Dishwasher is draining, but only partially - after cycling, approximately 1-1.5" of water remains. The solenoid is working as it is supposed to, and the pressure of the water draining through the disposal port is good. Am I looking at a timer issue?
For model number gsd2100v65ww
Hi Kevin, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, a little water left over after a cycle is normal. It is there to keep the seals from drying up and your dishwasher will pump it out immediately before you get started on a new load. However, if there is more water, we recommend checking the pump filter coupler, part number PS1517648, filter fine assembly, part number PS3511267, and the lower spray arm base, part number PS1765974. We hope this helps!
dishwasher doesnt drain. checked and cleaned the filters and drain hose. sink drains fine so not a plumbing issue. bought the complete pump and motor assembly ( part number 310) and replaced still does not drain. Any suggestions other than a stick of dynamite
For model number gsd2100v65ww
Hello Joe, thank you for your question. Make sure that the motor assembly is installed correctly. Check the wiring between the motor assembly and the control panel. If this does not help, you may need to check the drain solenoid kit, part number PS1481923. It opens the drain valve flapper to drain the dishwasher. We hope this information is useful!
