.Part was fine the but the mic was in more repair we decided to buy a new one. We went to Best buy and got a new one. Thank YOU for all your help Jerry Kewatt

The mica board was delivered fairly fast. It was easy to install and fit great. I was very happy to be able to repair ky microwave so easily and inexpensively.

Part was in great shape. Received quickly. Microwave is working well again.

I had an issue with the first part arriving damaged. The shield moved during shipping and was creased when the box was folded. PartSelect replaced the part within two days. (over the holidays!) I was charged for the second part but the refund to my card was very prompt. Plenty of communication throughout the process. Great customer service. Had I not read other user's comments, I would never have associated this part with the issue we were having. Thanks again to Part Select. This one $11 part kept a practically new microwave from ending up in the landfill. Very pleased.

The part arrived well-packed, but part was creased. Part may have been creased prior to shipping as surrounding cardboard was not bent and package did not appear to have been opened (carrier possibly repacked and didn't make notations in their tracking information if part was not creased prior to shipment). The part did install and microwave is currently working.

My part came in great condition now my microwave is back up and running like usual.

The part arrive before projected delivery date and was very easy to install

very satisfied. internet said my microwave arcing problem might be the wave guard so I replaced it and no more burning smell or arcing noise.
