All that shows up on my fridge touch screen is power failure and a ce code on both temperature settings. What should I be checking?
Thank you
For model number EW23SS65hb0
Hi Des,
Thank you for your question. The CE error code is letting you know that there is a communications error between the user interface and the main electronic control board. You will need to check both boards and the wiring connections between them to see where the problem is. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

The refrigerator and freezer temps both say OFF. Tried unplugging and plugging back in and still say OFF. Compressor does not even attempt to start because they are both set to OFF. Will this main power control board fix the problem?
For model number EI23BC30KS4A
Hello Patrick, thank you for getting in touch. The compressor on your refrigerator has an inverter board, part number PS2361242. It powers the compressor to turn on and off. If this board is faulty, the refrigerator or compressor will not start. If the inverter board is working, you will need to replace the main control board, part number PS11731924, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
