I have a 2003 Maytag dishwasher. The racks only need to be replaced. How difficult is it to take off the old parts & then put them on a new rack?

Hello Jennifer, thank you for your question! The dishracks come as part of a kit, with most parts already on them. The only thing you would need to transfer are the tines and tine pivots. These are relatively easy pieces to change over, as they just snap in and out of place with the pivots! When determining which upper and lower rack you need, please be sure to keep the first two numbers of your serial number in mind as that will determine your series number and which of each you need. I need to replace just the upper rack. Is it available? Also, would i need to replace the front and rear manifold clips?Thanks!

The Rear Upper Wash Manifold Clip is part number PS2100245, the Front Upper Wash Manifold Clip is part number PS11747704, but sadly the Upper Dishrack for your model dishwasher is discontinued. Hi, we just need one small wheel (#9?) from the upper dishrack kit w1033796. Te equivalent to the lower wheel assembly partselect number: Ps11747757 - but for the upper dish rack! Is that part available? Thanks!

The upper rack wheel is part of the rack adjuster right side PS11749125 or left side PS11749128. The wheels for the upper rack are only sold as part of the adjuster. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
I have the above listed dishwasher. Several of the tines on the upper rack are either missing or rusty. Can I replace just the rack and not all the extra parts that it comes with??
