After trying on (3) separate occasions to order from another site (they cancelled my order each time) it was SUPER easy to use this site! I live in an apartment complex and my stove is the old frigidaire model and AWESOME to have my burners sitting even now. Thank you for the ease of ordering my proper parts!

I had ordered "universal" drip pans from another vendor and threw away the old ones before trying new ones. Well, you guessed it. The new ones didn't fit the way the should. Called PartSelect because I couldn't determine the exact part I needed as the part described in owner's manual wasn't same part listed for the brand. Naturally, Tappan has been bought out by so and so who bought out so and so. The customer support representative at PartSelect researched the part for me, selected what he thought should work. He was very courteous and efficient! My bowls arrived, as I ordered both 6 and 8 in sets in about a week. Packaging to ensure no damage was exceptional. Bowels fit perfectly. I highly recommend PartSelect. Customer service is great.

I called to get new drip bowls. I had bought replacements from a store. Wrong. They did not fit properly. I spoke with Tammy and she reassured me these drop bowls would be perfect and they are. I have a new stove.

We have had trouble finding the correct replacement for this range, these are perfect.

The older bowls need to be replaced. Unplug the burner, remove the bowl and follow your footsteps back. Simple and done. As expected.

had to order twice due to poor checkout of PartSelect order process? Noted that the already high price of first order was increased 25% over same parts on second order 1 week later? The larger size of same drip bowl 8" was much less than the smaller 6" drip bowl and on checkout on line the cart would not let me increase the order to the two 6" bowls I needed and when I order the extra bowl a week later it had increased in price again? Parts works fine but unclear on the pricing unless the demand for the smaller sizes is much smaller than the larger 8" Drip Bowls? I don't think I will need to order any more parts for my old stove as it would be less expensive to get a new stove. The old one will last until my wife passes away as both of us are old and ill. Thanks, and get the order/Cart software updated.
