Part shipped did not match No.
The part shipped was wrong No. compared to that on the order confirmation. Fortunately had not taken old gasket off because not only was apparently the wrong part by the gasket was flipped backwards on one corner so it would not have worked correct part or not. Difficulty in communicating with partselect.com representative made experience even worse. He said that since it was the wrong part, it may fit another refrigerator model. Not believing me that it is a defective part made experience even less pleasant. I was never explained how to ship it back at other than at my expense. Representative said new (correct??) part was more expensive and charged me for and sent new part. Just received the new part replacement yesterday and upon taking it out of the box found it was for freezer door and not food door. Now I am going to have to get all the information together for permission to return the second part. It is hard to believe a business can be run as poorly as what my experience has been with partselect.com.
