Constantly small amount of water draining. Tried manual recharge (everything works okay with that) and that slows down the draining but doesn't stop it completely. Do I need just the seal kit (#130) or other parts as well?

Water softener is failing to back flush but valve disk is cycling. Would this kit fix the problem?
