Slide rail just crumbled
I watched a You Tube and completed the job in less than 15 minutes. Took the drawer out then took the two screws out of the rail. Put screws in the new rail. Took the White face off the old drawer and put on the new drawer and places the drawer back on the rail slides. Job done.

Crisper Drawer side rails
The side rails on the crisper drawers had broken, and I had them replaced in 15 minutes or less! Very easy. I had also bought the bearing slides because it said I would need them, 3 for each rail, but the new rails came with the bearing slides on them, so I will be returning them,

Top and bottom slide rails.
Each slide rail is secured by 2 Phillips screws. Remove the 2 Phillips screws on each slide rail. Reinstall in reverse manner of removal. A magnetized screwdriver is a big help for reinstalling the screws.

So easy. It didn't look the same as the current one and I almost sent it back, but once I put the screws in , it went in so easily. Took me less than 5 minutes. I'm so happy!

To much beer in the bottom of fridge and to much vegetables shoved in the middle drawer
Removed the two drawers. Unscrewed the side rails that cracked away from the screws.Replaced the new side rails in place screwed in the screws and waalaa all done....easy as pie. Oh by the way I am a woman with little experience of tools...Just have to say the pictures of the parts made it really easy to pick out the correct part. Thanks

The left side drawer slide rail broke
When the drawer slide rail broke, I thought that I would have to go to Home Depot, find out that they didn't have the part, and have to go through a lot of hassle to get it fixed. I went online and through a Goggle search found Parts Select. It was SO EASY!!!! I typed in my refrigerator's model number and while they didn't have the exact Hotpoint model, they did have model's that were a close match. I picked the model that was closets to mine. The parts page was so easy to figure out. Through the diagram I found my part, you can even click on it and get a larger picture so that you can compare the picture with your actual part. I order what I needed and the parts came right on time. I actually did the repair and not my husband. I was done and everything cleaned up by the time he came down from taking a shower. In fact, the whole repair job and putting the drawer back in took about 5 minutes. I have told all my friends and am recommending Parts Select to them for their repair needs. The next time something breaks, I will go to Parts Select first!!!!

crisper drawer side rail broke
We were using the fridge without the drawer in for at least a year. I wasn't sure how we could get it fixed and we didn't have the money to buy a new fridge. One day I was tired of looking at our fridge without the drawer in it and I took the make/model/serial number down and Googled GE fridge parts and it brought me to your site. The site was easy to use, I found the parts I needed and my parts arrived within 2 days of ordering. That evening I brought the box of parts to my husband and said "fix the fridge... please". BAM! 15 minutes later... I have a normal working fridge again. Thank you!

When you say left and right rails, do you judge the sides by facing the inside of the fridge?
For model number GSE25ETHCCC
PartSelect logo
Hello Lori, Thank you for the great question. It will be your left or right as you stand in front of the appliance facing it. We hope this information is useful!

The tray that the ice falls into sits on two plastic pieces about 3 inches wide. One broke
For model number Tfx26krdaww
PartSelect logo
Hello Gary, thank you for your question. The two pieces you are talking about are the ice bucket support rails. Ice Bucket Support - Left Side Part Number: PS305237 and Ice Bucket Support - Right Side Part Number: PS305238. You determine left and right side pieces as you're looking into the freezer, not as if you're sitting inside of it. Good luck with your repair!

Does this part come with the 3 bearing slides?
For model number WR72X239
PartSelect logo
Hello Robert, thank you for your question. This rail does not come with the three bearing slides, those would have to be ordered separately. The part number for the slide bearing is WR1X2048. I hope this helps!
