Drawer Slide Rail - Right Side Specifications

This is a replacement drawer slide rail for your refrigerator. The slide rails allow the crisper pans to slide in and out efficiently. If the slide rail is broken or missing, the crisper pan will not be able to slide into position. This slide rail is for the right side of the refrigerator and is sold individually, so be sure to order the slide rail for the correct side. This part is made of white plastic and is approximately 15 inches in length. This is an OEM part from the manufacturer.

The slide rail was for the right side of the lower refrigerator drawer. All that was required was for me to take both drawers and the glass shelf out and remove two screws to remove the broken slide and put the new one in its place. It fit perfectly and I replaced the two drawers and glass shelf. The job took about 15 minutes. Site had recommended the part we purchased however the part did not fit into our refridgerator
We called partselect.com and explained the problem however the gentleman on the phone told us that he would not reimburse us the shipping (which we needed overnight - ordered Monday showed up Wednesday morning) and would only reimburse the cost of the part and nothing else. Even though we paid 20+ dollars to have these parts shipped overnight, we received them a day and half later and they were the wrong parts. Thanks again partselect.com

Easily unscrewed the old rails and installed new ones. Took me less than 10 minutes and it's like I have a new refrigerator. Great.

Rails to the bottom crisper were broken
At first it appeared all was lost since the sales and sevice facility said parts for our GE refrigerator were no longer avalible. We were looking at a $1200 dollar purchase. We decided however to research the internet and see if parts could be obtained. We found Parts Select and to our suprise parts were readily available. We order the drawer side rails and received them within days. The repairs were completed in minutes and for less the twenty bucks.

Rusty and broken plastic parts
It was just a matter of replacing the broken parts, and reassembling the ice machine. Nothing too difficult.

The crisper bin slides had broken
Removed the bins, and the broken rails. The rails for the upper bin is made for three screws in each rail, and they were installed with only two screws, ehe front and back screws were installed and the middle screw holes had never been drilled for screws. Install the new rails with the front and back screws, then "CAREFULLY" use an electric drill to drill the middle screw holes, and install the middle screws. These screws help relieve the pressure on the front screws when the drawer is pulled out.

Drawer Slide Rails Broken On Both Sides
Simply used screwdriver to take off broken rails and replaced with them new ones we received.

Rails broked, lower veggie basket sitting on bottom
Remove broken rail by unscrewing two phillips screws
Discard broken rail
Hold replacement rail in place with left hand, tighten phillips screws with standard phillips screwdriver.
Wash scratch marks off bottom of fridge caused by drawer sliding on bottom of appliance
Slide veggie drawer into place, smile at wife, receive praise.

Why 2 different right rail and different prices?

Hello Larry, thank you for the question. One right rail is for the upper crisper drawer, and one right rail is for the lower meat pan. Both are different in shape. We hope this solves your problem!
