Left rails broken plastic
Removed the old, screwed in the new. Very easy, thanks for the video.
Remove glass shelf. Remove slide (2 screws). Replace with new slide. Replace glass shelf. Done.

broken slide rails
Removed two screws on each slide rail and used the same two screws to install new rails. The job took only a few minutes. The best part was the promptness of the delivery. I ordered the parts at 12P on Thurs and had them on my porch at 10A on Fri. Thanks Gary

Repair was very simple. Removed the glass and drawer. Unscrewed the two screws holding the rail on. Put the new rail on with the same screws. Replace the glass and drawer. Drawers slides had broken causing pans to fall
It was very simple, took out the slide rails and took a screwdriver and assembled. My wife was very pleased to have these drawers in working order once again.

Can’t find the part for the bottom drawer left slide. It’s #480 in your diagram and maybe the same as #479 for the crisper drawer in the video but does not say so in any of the material provided here so far.
