The freezer in this refrigerator is not regulating temperature well. Sometimes ice cubes are not frozen, sometimes they are. I have had the temperature control thermostat replaced along with the defrost timer. Since replacing these parts has not solved the problem, my repairman says then it could possibly be the thermostat defrost. What does this part do and would replacing this also might solve the problem? Thanks, phil
