Water in bottom of refrigerator and drains to back at bottom> what could cause this?

Hi Nelda, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking to see if there is a frost build up. You can also check to see if the seals around the door are sealing properly. If not, warm air can cause the inside of the appliance to "sweat" and create a puddle. Hope this helps!
