I need to replace part 409 and 411 and 413 are on the front. How do I remove and replace these or should I buy new ones also and assemble them with the new part 410?

Hi Georgia , Thank you for the question.Item #409 just lifts off the shelf frame. I am not seeing a Item #411 on the diagram sorry and #413 snaps in place. Item #410 comes with #413 but the glass #409 is sold sepratly. Hope this helps!

The part 413 is the part i need, i think. I am looking to replace the white part to the fruits and vegetable drawer that has vents and is marked humidity control. Is it attached to the rollers the drawer slides on; this part is broken on both sides and is off the refrigerator. I
Can't see or tell exactly what i need because i cannot enlarge the diagram. What do you think?

Hello John, thank you for your question. I believe you need item # 410. The frame itself. This has the vent holes for the humidity control. The Part Number: PS11766703 is for the frame. You can see a picture of this on our site. I hope this helps!
