How do you remove the knob in front of the deli fresh light shield. Part number PS285086. I pulled on the knob with reasonable force, but it did not come off. I was afraid I would break it, or the shaft if I used more force. Once I remove the knob I can order a needed replacement bulb. Thanks.

My knob and shaft broke off my deli cold coldest. I see the knob part #222 but don't see the shaft it connects to. What part is the shaft?
