There are two screws in both sides of the refrigerator to hold the glass where the fruits and vegetables are. The cover for the screw in the right side broke. Please let me know if you have this part available. Thanks.

Hello Carmen, Thank you for your inquiry. Part# WR02X12187 is the white plastic shelf support, and part# WR01X10568 is the screw that inserts into it. Hope this helps!

What screw do I need for my refrigerator's GE Profile upper light shield? I replaced a light bulb but it also looks like maybe my screw in front is broken that holds my light shield tight as it doesn't have a head or nut on it.

Hello Brenda, thank you for writing. For your Light Shield PS291976, there is not a screw required. Please not how a customer described there install. Removed temperature knob in middle of old light shield. Pushed up on old light shield to remove it from its place. Replaced 40w light bulb on L. Replaced new light shield by making sure clips on top new light shield caught the pegs on the refrigerator. Pulled down slightly till new light shield was in place. No tools. We look forward to hearing from you.
Where does part 847 go on the door of the refrigerator. It won't stay closed tight? Also my freezer shelves keep collapsing what do i do to stop them from doing that?
For model number PSS26MGPABB
Hi Louisa,
Thank you for your question. To get to this part, you have to unscrew your kickplate grille at the bottom of your appliance. You should then be able to get to this spring underneath your fridge and change it. I am not sure why your bins would be collapsing. Perhaps you are filling them with too many things? or things that are too heavy? Good luck with your repair.
