Vegetable Cover Frame with Glass WR32X10762

The cracked, then broken refrigerator shelf went unreplaced for too long, not wanting to pay for a repairman to come in to change. It was easy to order part and replace.

Original order was damaged during shipping but with a quick response by customer service the second part came the next day, but had a manufacturing defect and both were quickly refunded and finally the third order worked like a charm. I actually can't complain much since it only took 4 days from original order date and 2 phone calls to have the correct part which worked perfectly. Customer service is great and with the 2 day shipping, parts actually came over night all the way from Lexington , KY to DE County, PA, in less than 12 hrs. for each one. Also, their price was 40 dollars less than other companies. Taking pictures of either the damage or defect with my Iphone and a brief description of each sent to the email address provided by the 2 customer service agnts. I'm sure helped things move along quickly. I would still recommend PartSelect to anyone looking for replacement parts, and I would have had no issues, but for shipment damage to the original order. By the way I still have the 2 bad parts which they ask you to hold for 30 days in case the warehouse wants them returned with their supplied and paid return label.

The cover and frame fit perfectly. Came earlier then expected. Easy to install. I will use Parts select again.

We were so pleased with the service we receive. Our vegetable cover with glass for the GE Profile fridge arrived on time well packed. We were a little concerned when we got the box as it was pushed in on one side but the parts were in good shape. I also liked their website that described the part in great detail so I was sure I ordered the right part.
