How do I attach the gasket (no clips) to the inside of the door?
    For model number RB787Wh4
Hi Richard, Thank you for the question, the inner door should have screws that hold it in place. You will need to disassemble the door to expose the screws to install the gasket. Hope this helps!

Received part number wb4k1 which shipped as correct oven door gasket on your website however no pins came with this product. How do we replace the gasket then?
    For model number JGBP88BEK1BB
Hi Janet, Thank you for your question. We actually had another customer ask the same question. Here is how you install this part: "To replace the door gasket you will need to remove the door from the oven as the gasket is in a lip or grove that is between the inner and outer door panels. To remove the oven door you will need to open the door to the broil stop and place your hands on either side of the door. Lift the door off the hinges. Do not try to lift the door with the handle or you will break the handle. Mark the location of the ends of the gasket so you can put the new gasket in the same location as the old. Remove the screws from the oven door and lift the inner panel off the door. You can now replace the door gasket. " Good luck with your repair.

What is the length of the gasket and how thick is it? Thx bob
Hi Bob, thank you for your question. Unfortunately the manufacturer has not provided exact specifications for this part. However we do have the part photographed on a 1 inch grid background. This part is approximately 71" inches long and 1/2" wide. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Does the door gasket come with the pins?
Hello Elise, Thank you for contacting us. This does not come with pins. The inner door should have pins to hold this in place. Have a great day!

Purchased this part but is doesn’t have the clips necessary to attach to the oven door. Are the clips purchased separately or do you remove the clips from the previous gasket.
Hi Robert, Thank you for the question, the inner door should have screws that hold it in place. You will need to disassemble the door to expose the screws to install the gasket. Hope this helps!

I need a video to help install the wb4k1 oven door gasket. The one you posted is a door gasket with t pins. The wb4k1 has no pins and requires you to take the door apart and wedge the gasket between two door pieces. Is there a written or video explanation.
    For model number JGBP28WEK3WW
Hello Cathy, Thank you for your inquiry. We do not have a video for this exact part number, but we were able to find the following instructions for you. 1. Remove door lifting off of hinges. 2. Remove 6 screws from door frame and remove frame, handle and outer glass. DOOR GASKET REPLACEMENT (Note gap in original gasket at bottom of door) 3. Remove both middle crystals. 4. Remove four screws from insulation retainer at middle crystal opening in insulation retainer. 5. Remove insulation retainer. 6. Remove 4 screws securing inner door liner to inner door panel. 7. Door gasket broken up
It took considerable time to remove the door and take it completely apart so the gasket could be inserted, and time again to reassemble properly. The gasket (though the no. was confirmed before ordering) was 3" too short so I had to cut some off the old gasket to make do (not entirely effectively).

        gasket door replace
the instructions given for this part were not 100 % accurate, our oven door required multiple, dis assembly and was unable to complete the task, local handy men refused to come to assist since the job was already started, it appears I will now need to buy a new oven , I was disapointed in the help because had we known we had the more diffcilult oven, would not have attempted, I did give the correct model and serial number to the person when discussing this part
