When using convection roast, oven heats up to setting of 375 degrees, but after approx 30 minutes temp display goes blank and oven begins to cool down. Tried to reset by turning off breaker for 20 minutes, but it does not cure problem. Any idea what could be the problem. I removed temp sensor and got reading of 1133 ohms at 70 degrees.
