Thanks for responding but the problem begins when the stove is plugged into the outlet- not while trying to ignite the burner or oven.

Hi Floyd, Thank you for contacting us back. There are few parts that may be causing the issue. You will need to also check the spark module, the bake igniter and the oven temperature probe. If these parts are not causing the issue, you will need to contact an electrician to see why the breaker keeps tripping. I hope this helps.

When the stove is plugged into the outlet, it throws the breaker. Called Frigidaire and was told defect in either the cord or clock timer. Checked cord by disconnecting timer. Breaker stays on. Bought timer. Installed it today. Problem not fixed.

Floyd for model number FGF368GCA

Hi Floyd, Thank you for the question, It could be the igniter giving off to many volts and tripping the breaker. When you say if the stove is plugged in, do you mean plugged in and you turn the oven on and then it trips or as soon as you plug the stove in without turning on the oven function? It could be the igniter giving off to many volts. You can try to remove the igniter and plugging in the appliance to see if it still trips the breaker. If the breaker does not trip you may need to replace the igniter. Hope this helps!
