Lower Dishrack Kit W10311986

The part was exactly what I needed. The web page was great getting me to the right part. I ordered from another parts company and somehow ordered the lower rack for an oven. I returned it and had to pay to send it back which was 1/2 the cost of my order.

A dish rack swap is not a big deal... remove the clips to hold it in place, slide the new one in and replace the clips... done deal. The old racks were 20 years old, new ones hopefully will last for the next 20.

Got the part in a few days. Slightly different from the existing rack (which was also a replacement) but fits fine. What was sent is basically square, with neither the angled nor indented corners show in the picture. It also lacks any fold-down section. Actually a fold-down part came in the box, but doesn't seem to work with the new rack. New rollers were included with the rack. These have to be clipped on. I think these racks are overpriced, but PartSelect had it in stock and was very close in price to other suppliers, with better ratings.

After previous postings like this, I hoped to receive a paper insert with instructions. Nope! I watched a YouTube video about six times just to figure out how to get the wheels attached. There were also a couple parts that weren't covered at all in the video. But once the wheels were on I counted it as a victory and discarded the other parts. For the cost, a better job could be done.

The rack I received is a rectangle and doesn't have the indentation in the bottom right corner like the rack in the photo does. It fits in the washer just fine, but blocks the detergent door from popping open. I'm just putting the detergent directly into the dishwasher's basin instead, which seems to work okay.

This dish rack was exactly work we needed. The video on how to assemble the rack and insert it in the dishwasher was great. The gentleman talked slowly so we, as older people, could hear and understand what he was saying. The cameraman did a great job in showing closeups of the procedures and placement of the parts. Thank you very much. The new parts have our dishwasher working smoothy and efficiently.

Received the rack in a poorly packed loose fitting damaged box, not even a packing list let alone instructions or explanations. I reviewed the internet instructions. That took twenty or thirty seconds and didn't even resemble what I had or what I was about to accomplish. Oh well, I figured it out for myself. Took a couple of readjustments but it is completed and working inspite of your (Help)? I gave it a one star rating because you have forced me to give it a rating or I can't submit this review. Actually you rate a "0".

This was for one of my rentals, easy for the renters to replace

Shape not the same, but it did fit well. The track wheels were a little difficult to figure out the installation. Still figured it out in about 15 minutes . Works great and will probably outlast the rest of the dishwasher which is about 25 years old and still going strong.
