Water is collecting and freezing under the "produce drawer" (which is directly over the lower freezer section). I have to chip it out approximately every 3 three weeks. If I don't remove it the drawer becomes difficult to open and eventually water from the ice will overflow onto the floor. Temps are set as required and other functions seem normal. I cannot find a schematic that would allow me to determine the source of the leak.

Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the ice maker first to see if it is over filling and spilling over into the cabinet of the appliance. Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issue as Robert below. Your suggestion was to see if icemaker is overflowing. My icemaker has not worked in years, and is turned off, do you have any other suggestions?

Hello Sue, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the drain line assembly, part number PS2344342, to fix this issue. We hope this solves your problem!
