Old control start button no longer worked, all other switches were functional
1st shut off the breaker and ensure the machine has no power. Then simply open door, use short plastic pail for support while removing 10 Phillips screws from inside door which hold the inner door panel and touch control. Set extension cord on inner door to hold down while swapping the upper control panel. 2 ribbon cables (they look like the cables that used to be found in PC's) need to be carefully removed then reconnected with the new control panel.(comes with new ribbon cables on it) Be sure that they are fully seated. Reinstall 10 Phillips screws starting with the top ones and catch all screws before tightening to ensure proper alignment. After tightening all screws evenly and alternating the screws you're tightening, remove the extension cord, and be sure the door closes properly. Turn on breaker and test out to ensure the machine is now functioning properly.
