The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):

I have an f7 error. What does that mean?
For model number js905tok1ww
Hello Jane and thanks for writing.
The F7 error code indicates that there is a problem with the buttons of the control panel. The code comes on when two or more buttons are stuck at the same time. The oven cannot operate when this condition exists. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

Hello, I Have a fault F7 on the screen and the oven don't work
For model number JS905SK3SS
Hi Rafael, thank you for contacting us. The error code F7 indicates a problem with the key panel. We would suggest checking the key panel assembly, part number PS1022210. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Both oven elements quit working. What would I be looking at next? Both elements look good. All the burners work as well.
For model number PS905TP2WW
Hello Stephen, thank you for writing. If both elements stopped working and are good, you may have a faulty Oven Sensor or control board. We hope this is helpful!
