Outer area of large eye want turn off. Everything else normal. Cant tell from info if controller has switches or are these in control panel. Any help would be appreciated
For model number FGES3065KFC
Hello Jerry, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your elements with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

"Start" button on control panel does not work at all. Any function tied to "Start" cannot be used. Top burners function normally.
For model number FGES3065PF
Hello Robert, thank you for the question. Since the "Start" button is one of the most used buttons it can wear out the Touch Pad, PartSelect Number PS12705159 and the Panel will need to be replaced. If this did not fix the issue, the Controller, PartSelect Number PS11731806 may be faulty. We hope this helps!
Oven temp will not get above 200 degrees. I checked ohms on all elements and tested good. Elements are not getting hot. Could it be control board?
For model number FGES3065KFF
Hello Marlin, thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS16745361, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Follow up to answer- I checked temp sensor. It also test good at 1079ohms. Any other thoughts if not elements, thermostats, and temp sensor?
For model number FGES3065KFF
Hi Marlin, Thank you for reaching back out. If the elements and sensor are both testing good, this indicates the Oven Control Board PartSelect Number PS2368471 could be faulty. We hope this helps!
