This is a very old model Roper, electric range for which i need (2) 7 3/4" and (2) 9 3/4" burner drip pans. I'd prefer black. Do you have them? If i order some that do not fit , can i return them for a refund?
For model number 2234 LOA

Hello Jean and thanks for writing.
We could try to find them in black for you however without a model number we can not search and all the newer models do have the silver bowls now. You can see find our return policy on our website, but in short, you have 30 days to return the item as long as it is in new condition in original packaging. It is possible that part #PS2366563 might work with your unit, however, as we do not have your model number in our database we can not guarantee the fit. You also would be responsible for the return shipping cost in that case. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

Unplugged burners. . . . . Removed old bowls and replaced with new. . . . . . Plugged burners back in. However, I do want you to know that I could not believe the promptness of your service and the courteous customer service person that assisted me with my problem in selecting the correct drip bowls. Burner element broke and drip bowls needed to be replaced.
I went to the local discount mart and bought drip bowls. The ones available at that store did not fit, so I decided to buy directly from the stove's manufacturer distributor.
The drip pans were simple to replace, as was the new burner element. My old one had broke and was still working, but I decided to replace it when I ordered the drip pans.
Everything was easy to install and it looks like a brand new new stove top! I saved a lot of money doing it myself.

The drip bowls on my elderly mother's electric range needed to be replaced.
Replacing the bowls was simple, simply removing the burner units and pulling out the bowls and inserting the new ones.
The ONLY reason I am answering this questionaire is to complement Partselect.com for their incredibly fast shipping of my parts after I placed the order. I received my order within 2-3 days with normal shipping. I expected to wait at least a week or longer. Thanks again Partselect.com for being there when I needed you the most!

Drip bowls was extremely dirty and burnt
So often we feel inclined to contact repairmen for simple jobs. This was easy because I ordered the part by looking on the side of the range. It arrived in less than a week. I simply snap the bowls inside the correct sockets and now my stove looks new. I definitely would use this service again.

Heating element bent, drip bowl corroded
I just put the drip bowl in and plugged in the new heating element and I was done. It heats much faster and is level now so cooking is much easier. Also the parts arrived sooner than I expected, so I was very satisfied overall. Couldn't have been much easier all around. I will use Partselect.com in the future. Thanks

Parts had wore out
More Than Amazing! I found you by searching google and using the make/model of my stove. The photos were so helpful, it made ordering a breeze. The parts arrived as if by magic! (within 2 days). I do a lot of online ordering from different stores and all I can say is that your service was above all of them. I use my stove daily. Not only that, the new parts made my stove look brand new. P.s. I never respond to survey's unless they deserve it.

It was a rather simple fix--just replacing burner pans
Problem I had was finding the right ones to fit the stove top. Burner pans that tell you will fit most stoves, do not. After I had paid over $20.00 for some that did not fit, I got on the internet, found you, ordered the replacement parts and had them within a few days. Put them in and there you go. A perfectly happy me and a nice looking stove again.

REPLACEMANT PART FOR OLDER MODEL STOVE
I own an older Electric Whirlpool stove. I needed to replace the large drip pan as the pan that was being used was too large (someone bought off the shelf to replace this before). I have learned to always look up the model number for any appliance before purchasing replacement parts. I ordered the 8" drip pan replacement from PartSelect. It arrived quickly and fits my stove perfectly. The other three drip pans can be replaced generically but this particular size had to be ordered special. I appreciate this company and I will be a returning customer.
