Does the replacement cooktop glass replacement part come with installation instructions?

Hello Jeff, thank you for your question. Any instructions that come from the manufacturer with the parts are always forwarded on. Sometimes, the instructions are not included however. This repair is quite easy. You will locate the screws that hold the glass to the cooktop from under the unit or by removing the unit slightly from the counter top. Once these screws are removed, the glass can be removed and the new glass can be installed the same way. There are lots of installation videos online that will help with the installation of the part.
