Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.
Intermitently the switch would stick on high.
Pulled unit from the counter top, removed all side screws holding the top on and set the top off. Removed switch mount section, Identified the terminal wire locations. I then removed the old switch and connected the wires per my diagram. Returned all screws, tested the burner for opeation and reset the cooktop back into the counter hole and secured.

One big burner seems to be on its highest setting no matter where the knob is set, causing food to burn. Switch or element?

Hi Dan, Thank you for the question. If the element still works but only on high, I recommend replacing the burner switch. Hope this helps!

The large cook top only works with hi heat. Is it the switch that need to be replaced?
For model number JP350B0V1BB

Hi Torsten, Thank you for your question. If the large burner is only working on high heat, usually it is the burner switch that fixes the issue. I would use a multimeter to check both the switch and the burner element to verify which part is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Front small and large burners don't get hot on every power level. Switches were changed in 2016 but the problem continued.

Hello Brenda, thank you for inquiring. You may want to replace both of the elements. They are parts PS243967 and PS244097 for your model. You may also want to consider replacing the Surface Element Switches as well. They are part PS236392 for your model and are sold individually. We hope this helps!

On the large+small heating element, both work but they seem to cycle too fast, or not to be on long enough. For example, I have to cook my eggs at 8+ while it use to be fine at 5-6 top. I changed the combined element but the problem remains. I think it might be the control switch, but I'd like to get your input on that. Thanks!

Hello Yawnder, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the surface element switch, part number PS1016429, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
