What is the part #'s for upper and lower dish racks and what is the cost of each.

Hello Daniel, thank you for your question. The upper dishrack is PartSelect Number: PS10057153. The lower dishrack is PartSelect Number: PS10057160. Both of these parts are racks only, and do not come with wheels. They would have to be purchased new, or reused from the original rack.
