Bottom Hinge 297283900

Partselect number: Ps2358930 Manufacturer part number: 297283900 Does the pin of this bottom hinge part come out an placed into the other hinge hole so the door can be mounted on either the left or the right? we currently have a universal bottom hinge without the pin that was previously used to mount the door with the handle on the left side of the refrigerator. the aftermarket bolt/washer used as the pin has shorn off. we ordered bottom hinge bearing replacement but have not way to securely mount the door.
