Needed a left hand hinge
The left swing hinge (297283901) that i needed is not available anywhere so I bought the right swing hinge (297283900), used a hydraulic press to pop out the pin and move it to the other hole. Does the pin of this bottom hinge part come out an placed into the other hinge hole so the door can be mounted on either the left or the right?
we currently have a universal bottom hinge without the pin that was previously used to mount the door with the handle on the left side of the refrigerator. the aftermarket bolt/washer used as the pin has shorn off.
we ordered bottom hinge bearing replacement but have not way to securely mount the door.

This Hinge is for the right side. And no the pin does not come off. So you have to order accordingly, depending on which side of the fridge you want the door. Good Luck with your repair.
