when oven is on top burners will not lite and will go out if on when oven starts will this part fix

We would first recommend checking the gas lines for any clogs or other restrictions that could be causing the gas to not reach the burners when the oven is on-you may need a gas specialist for this. If the gas lines are not clogged, then check the regulator. We hope this helps.
