This OEM filter measures 2.4-Inches long, 2.4-Inches wide, and 11.5-Inches high. It has an NSF 42 certified coconut shell activated carbon filter. It provides filtered water for refrigerators, icemakers, and freestanding icemakers. By filtering out common particles and reducing lime scale buildup, this helps to protect your machine, making it last as long as possible. To ensure the highest quality of water and smooth operation, replace this filter every 6 months or 1500 gallons. These parameters can vary depending on your local water conditions.
This filter fits refrigerators with filter access that is located on the back of the appliance, it also fits under the sink. It is meant for refrigerators that do not have built-in filters. It is installed on the water line. This package comes with 1/4-Inch quick connect fittings, which can be used in both copper or plastic 1/4-Inch water lines. To install, first turn off the water supply to the filter. When you disconnect the filter from the water supply be prepared for water to drip. Hold the plastic fitting against the filter body and pull the water line directly out. Repeat this step for the other end of the filter. Cut the mounting straps to release the old filter. Place the incoming water supply line about 5/8-inches into the inlet port of the new filter through the plastic fitting. Be sure to install the filter using the flow direction arrows. Turn on the water supply to allow water to flush the filter. Now connect the outlet part of the filter to the waterline going to the equipment. Remove the adhesive part of the mounting pads and place in the direction that matches the tubing. The filter should be placed over the mounting pads and the straps should be looped around the fittings in the filter body.

How do u get the old filter out, need a good description..thx.
For model number WRS325DAW01
Hi Lucy,
First you will need to turn off your water supply. The easiest and quickest way to remove your old filter from your tubes is to cut it off from both ends. Use a pair of sharp scissors and try to make the cut as straight as you possibly can. This will help make it easier for installing the new filter. If the tubes are not flush in your new filter it will cause a leak. First work on installing the tube on your Inlet side (or the side that has the cap on the end). You will take your tubing and press it into the Inlet portion of your new filter until it cannot go in any farther. You will feel a very slight click into place, as there are push fittings on this filter. For this next part you will need a large bowl or a bucket. Turn your water supply back on and ensure that the water goes through your new filter. What you will see is black water coming out of your filter. That is just the carbon releasing from inside of the part. You need to have your water run through that filter until the water becomes clear again. After your water is completely clear, turn off your water supply again. Install the other tubing that leads to your appliance just like you had done with the inlet side. Pushing the tubing into the port until it cannot go any farther. After you have installed your filter, make sure to run at least 2 - 4 liters of water through your water dispenser in your fridge to make sure that your water has stayed clear.
I hope this helps!

Please let me know, if you have a filter for this fridge.
For model number Gr2fhmxp002
Hi Brian, thank you for your question. Looking at your model information the manufacturer does not list that this appliance has a filter. If yours does then it is likely an in line water filter. We would need you to get us the part number of that in line water filter (it is usually located on the outside information on the filter itself) and we can search it that way for you. If you do not have one then you would have to get an in line water filter to install on your appliance between your water inlet valve and the hose that comes from your home. Thank you. Good luck with your repair.

Filter
I can’t really give a review because we bought the part thinking we needed to replace the filter but when the filter arrived our refrigerator has no filter. So we put it back in box and sent it back. The problem was it cost so much to send it back. It cost almost as much to return it as it did to buy it. I hope the company will refund the postage and the part. The part was in excellent condition and looked good when it came. But I suggest that the model number of the refrigerator be asked for before allowed to order. We know nothing about refrigerators but was told that is why our water flow was low was due to filter but in reality it is a little electrical circuit that has turned bad no filter or place to put one.
