Question:

I don’t know how to do this installation... I know where the light is but its covered and I don’t want to break it

Anna
Answer:

Hi Anna, the light cover should easily just pop off, and from there you should be able to change the bulb. If you are not able to pry the light cover off, check if there are any fasteners holding it in place, and remove those. If you are still not able to remove it, you may need to replace the light assembly WP74009970. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Question:

So I donnot like purchasing things online but the light inside my convection oven went out and I wanted to buy a new one. I went to the local home hardware store and they recommended me this 50W bulb but when I was online I was told to use a 20W bulb. Is the 50W bulb safe to use in the conv. oven?

Maya
Answer:

Hello Maya, your model is designed to use a 20W bulb. With that said we recommend not going over this wattage as it is the maximum for your model. I hope this helps!
