I think the drain tube is plugged. Trying to find a breakdown of where the tube is and how to unstop it.

Hi Debbie, Thank you for the question, The drain tube is PartSelect Number PS2349464. If you enter the part number into the site there is a diagram showing its location(item 17). If it is plugged you will need to uninstall the tube to wash it out. Hope this helps!

How do i get to the drain tube? Is there a panel inside the freezer where the top of the tube is? I know it drains into the pan below the frig.

My drain tube, part #PS2349464 must be clogged. It is leaking from the top. Video is for a newer model. If I pull the drain tube out will I be able to reattach after cleaning?

Hello Lou, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the process is very simple. First, lean the refrigerator on the back, then you will see a black drain tube. Remove the drain tube from the drain pan and refrigerator by pulling it towards you. We hope this helps!
