Does the switch come with installation instructions and all hardware needed for installing ?

I bought and replaced the lid lock, but the lid won’t open after each cycle?

Hello Lili, thank you for your question. It sounds like the lid lock might be defective. I would suggest testing the switch to see if it is bad. I would also recommend checking the wire harness for any breaks in the wires that could be preventing the lid switch from activating. I hope this helps!

The washer runs its cycle but then the lid will not unlock so you can’t open the lid.
