Entire unit stopped cooling 36 hours ago. I've unplugged to defrost for several hours twice. There is power but no cooling.Could it be the main control board?

It is possible there is a defect on the main control board, however, you should also check the temperature sensor PS2323249 for possible malfunction. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
The control on the freezer door is not working. It is mounted where the ice comes out. It shows the freezer and refrigerator temps. You can change the temps on the board. It also controls water or ice, light, alarm, etc. I replaced this board but didn’t fix my problem. The numbers just flash and none of the buttons work. It was doing this same thing with the old board. I guess i’m wondering what to try next?

Hello Jeff, thank you for writing. The correct board for the Dispenser area is PartSelect Number PS2371010. The Main Board is PartSelect Number PS2371010. But the Main board manages the functions of the refrigerator such as cooling and defrost times so we would suggest testing the board before replacing it. You may need to need to have it looked at by an appliance professional. Good luck with your repair.
