parts need to have more packing inside the box to control damage during shipping

(1) Easy swap of part (2) When ordering part, measurements shown on web-site did not match actual part; in fact, they weren't even close. Called this to attention of person who handled my order. (3) Part arrived in timely fashion. Box was fine but inside packaging was very poor and part arrived broken. Reported damage immediately upon opening box and discovering damage. (4) Had to re-order and pay again after being told that is the way they do it. I understood, I would be credited for the first order as soon as the second order was placed. But, in reality, it would be 2.5 weeks before I was credited. (5) 2nd order arrived with same very poor packaging but without damage. (6) Now 3 weeks after first order and my reporting improper measurements of this part on web-site, the measurements are still not right. I'm guessing packaging isn't much better, either. (7) Summary, in the end, I got what I wanted. The phone ordering system was quick and smooth, although I had to order twice because of part arriving damaged due to poor packaging. Nobody seems interested in fixing the web-page with the wrong specification measurements.

Installed easily and the bin was so clear it almost looked invisible!

Part is in good condition and easily replaced. But way too expensive!

Replaced the veg. Crisper bin on my GE fridge. Part was exact match with the original and arrived within two or three days. But seemed very pricey. Nearly 100$ for a nice molded clear plastic vegatable bin. Order and delivery service were very good.

Received the part within the week and it fit ! Very happy with purchase.
