I suggest testing the Cycling Thermostat PartSelect Number PS267926, Safety Thermostat PartSelect Number PS267911, High Limit Thermostat PartSelect Number PS267900 and the Bias Thermostat PartSelect Number PS267949. Hi Elaine, Thank you for your question. If you are unable to turn the knob, the part on the back of the knob that fits on the shaft from the rotary temperature switch could be stripped or broken. Remove the knob and inspect it. If the knob is fine, then the shaft that the knob goes on is damaged and you will need to replace the rotary temperature switch.
