Part was received and worked great!
Because of the back ordering process, this took longer than I would have liked but once I received the part it took only about 15 min to install and it worked as expected.

Water valve froze, and cracked
I have a stackable unit. My son and I removed the dryer from the top of the washer, removed the top, and rear panels on the washer. We romoved the old water valve, and installed the new one. It was a VERY simple repair.

How do I take off and replace the water inlet valve assembly for part 134866600?
Hi Ben, Thank you for the question. First turn off the water and remove the hoses connecting to the valve. Remove the top panel. Using a small flat head screw driver, release the locking tabs around the water inlet tubes while pushing on the grommet rim from inside the washer wall section between the water inlet and the overflow/vent tube grommet. Remove the dispenser and the water valve from the cabinet. Next remove the valve from the dispenser housing. Install new valve in reverse order. Hope this helps!

Water inlet assc. I just need the two rubber gaskets that go on the back of part into the machine.
For model number 41748102701
Hello Bob, Thank you for the question. Very sorry, the gaskets are only made and sold as part of the Inlet Hose, PartSelect Number PS468114. We hope this helps.
Followed the manual to winterize this washer. Upon return, the plastic dispenser inlet valve was cracked. I assume residual water remained that had not mixed with the antifreeze and freezing occurred. Got a replacement part, but have been removing the part every year to winterize - extra work. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions? Thank you.
For model number LTF2140FS2
Hello David, thank you for your question. To winterize your washer, first turn off the water supply. Unplug the unit and disconnect the water hoses. Drain the water out into a bucket then tilt the washing machine backward to drain any extra water from the pump. Plug the washer back in and add 1 gallon of non-toxic recreational vehicle (RV) antifreeze to the empty wash drum and close the door. Set the unit on the spin cycle for one minute before powering off the washer. Keep inlet hoses and power cord disconnected until you return. Before using the washer again, run the machine through a full cycle. Do not add clothes or detergent. This will remove any residual antifreeze. We hope this helps.
